SJGreene Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Based on the look of the upper levels, it appears to be some sort of hotel. Looks a lot like hotel room windows. Even looks like there might be balconies on each. I just hope the bulkheads on the bottom for the overflow weren't overtightened.
