  1. Are there any places in Indianapolis or Avon that sell live rock or aquacultured live rock? I'm having trouble finding one.
  2. Hey Everyone, I'm fairly new to INDMAS or any forum for that matter. I have been in this hobby for a little over a year now and havent turned back. But ive been an enthusiast pretty much since i can remember. I have a 20G Nano Reef aquarium which is progressing day-to-day. I have some pieces of coral in it that are doing fairly well and my chemistries i think are amazing. I hope cause my minor was in chemistry...lol. I have 20 lbs of Manado Rock that I purchased from Premium Aquatics, about 10 lbs in the display and 10 lbs in the sump below. I did a DIY drilled in the back and bought all the parts also from premium aquatics and plumbing from home depot. It was fairly easy to do it, although I was a bit nervous about drilling my first aquarium so all this has been a new experience. I have about 40 lbs of BIO Active live sand from livesand.com but i had to purchase it through thatfishplace.com. It is the smallest grain size and the sand color is WHITE. It's pretty cool stuff. As far as filtering the only thing I use is a Aquamaxx VS-1 HOB Skimmer and I have live rock in the sump as mentioned earlier other than that it is all natural biological filtration. I have never had a water chemistry problem even when starting the tank this skimmer is absolutely amazing although I would like to sell it and get one for under the tank in the sump. Here are a couple of pics I took of my tank yesterday to post on here, hope you enjoy!!! -Daniel
