  1. To this point my parameters look great (hidden Im sure because of the bryposis making nitrates etc look low/no existant). Ive cut back feeding significantly over the past few months. Ive been skimming very wet for past severl weeks and changing my GFO every 2 weeks. I cant get my rodi water is usually under 5 tds (damn Indy is so freaking horrible) so I dont see that as the source of the problem. The bryopsis has completed strangled my macro algea so as soon as I get it under control I will be replenishing it in my sump. I feel like Im starving my fish! hahaha but im sure they are fine. Ive been very by the book on everything since this outbreak. I had no algae problems before. My biggest problem is when i first started noticing it I just thought it was hair algae and tried tried fighting it with the normal hair algae remedies until I finally discovered it was bryopsis (I even have mollies in my tank).
  2. kent tech m..... whatever everyone says to use
  3. I have been battling bryopsis for the past few months. I think I finally have my mag levels high enough that Im finally killing it, however what I am seeing is a yellowy powder on the brypsis and now my tank is very very cloudy. Is this a sign of the bryopsis finally dying or do I have another problem?
  4. YAY.. I finally, after 6 months of trying, caught my lunare wrasse... He is going bye bye...

  5. I love my Kole. They are also alot more hardier than powder blue.
  6. darn it.. id love to go.. especially since ive never gone to a meeting and would love to, but of course, ive got "things" going on this saturday... grrrr...
  7. Im in Irvington and there are 2 of us please my 125 and Ive basically only been topping off and mine was the same as yours - $58. Everything on my rodi is fairly new. I read or heard somewhere that Indy Water is having a rate increase due to some changes they aer making.
  8. enjoying the melt....

  9. He is awesome. What side of town do you live on to see him?
  10. Those are totally ones I have looked at and put on my wish list!! Thanks
  11. I have a $500 GC to Amazon.com. I know buying a protein skimmer from them probably isnt the cheapest - but hey, I got the GC right? So anyway - what is, your opinion, the best insump protein skimmer to buy? I have a 125 gallon reef. I have to be careful on the foot print because I dont have alot of room where the skimmer goes in my sump.
  12. Louisville frag swap is 11/6. We went last year and got a few good items.
  13. Go to Frys in Fishers and tell them your problem (in the computer parts area not the sales area) they are great at suggesting ideas to fix your problems and recommend things to try before you buy a new computer.
