  1. Hello everyone. Have not been on much lately since the swap. Now that my kids are back in school and due to being to busy with them I will be passing the treasurer position on in September. If anyone is interested, please let us know. I have talked to a few people at past meetings who expressed interest in it. The busiest time is obviously, frag swap planning! Other than that, there really is not a whole lot to do. Make sure what few bills we have get paid and it is very important that you, as the treasurer, stay on budget as far as the Frag Swap and the monthly door prizes ( currently at $50.00 or less, more can be used dependant on how the Frag Swap goes). I will be available to help you through the swap and be here for all questions. Thanks for reading and I have enjoyed my time as the INDMAS treasurer!
  2. Sorry it has taken so long. The swap was not as successful moneywise as last year. So here it is: $6931.00 taken in from raffles, concessions, PA and vendor donations... $5920.00 were expenses for the swap; building rental, food, INDMAS prizes, advertising, fliers, and some misc things... $1011.00 was our profit... Remember, we are a not for profit group and this money goes towards the 2014 swap...

  11. I agree with Pwoller, it looks great! Great job! Frag tank would probably be a good start or you could sell it to me and I could make a frog habitat out of it

  13. Most vendors and hobbyists will bag your purchases. You might want to bring a cooler to put everything in! The raffle is amazing, so bring enough cash to buy raffle tickets!
  14. Hope to see a lot of people there tomorrow! The vendor list is awesome! The raffle prizes are incredible! Some prizes are cheesy ( I think), some are downright AWESOME!!!
