Looking like Laura and I will be there.

I recently put 2 of the waveline pucks in my 180. I think I have found my new go to. Big wide flow at 3000 gph when maxed out & don't stick half way out into the tank.
-
It looks like we won't be able to make it.
Thanks Allen

Kewl on winning the light. We'll try to make the meeting, but if we can't, would it be possible to pick it up at Premium?
Thanks,
Allen Ruddick (Puffdragon)

Good looking tank.

I am having the same issue as addicted for life. Also is there a family membership?

I'm with Chopper on this one
The mag floats will hold up a lot of frags.

Great swap and well done to the staff. I really like the new venue. It is a bit out of the way, but the extra space was much appreciated.

Honestly, I would tear it down, have someone drill the back of the tank for an overflow. Two holes would be better. The main reason is sooner or later you will have a flood. Trust me, I have been there with a non drilled tank. If you plan to make the frag swap, stop by, we can discuss it more.

I am going to have to agree with MrsBugmaster on this one, especially after living thru a 220 rupture at 4 in morning. That was not a good morning.

I put up several items yesterday. I love the SB Reef Lights, but pictures are to blue. I need to practice.

I use 2 of my old Chinese black boxes that have the blue side not working.

4 of the basic SB Reef lights over a standard 180.

Thanks, there are three of them in the tank. The one on the right is hard to see, but it has the bright green birdsnest, bird of paradise and appleberry Monti on it

Thanks, the tank has been up just over a year. A lot of the coral are from the tank I had in Santa Claus.
The mag rocks adds real estate and break up the big black wall. I need to raise my lights some to better illuminate the coral on them.

The system consists of a 180 display with a 125 gallon sump, 75 gallon frag tank and a 20 gallon macro algae tank. The sump is in three sections for the returns and protein skimmer. The middle half of the tank is a refugium. The third part of the sump has 2 return pumps. One for the frag & algae tank, the other for display. Equipment are an ASM 4+ skimmer, two old reef breeder LED's over the fudge, Hydror ATO and Apex to monitor temperature and pH. The lights over the display are four 16" SB Reef Lights. I run a PM 622 calcium reactor I also add lime to the top off to help keep the pH up. Sorry if that was a little long winded.

Thought I would try to upload a full tank shot
of my 180 gallon mixed reef that is a 300 gallon system.
