    Neptune Apex

I just bought a apex and I am trying to figure out the best solution for a wireless adapter. I was told the wnce 2001 from netgear works grwar, but I will have to wait a week for it to come in. Anyone have luck with another one? Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
  2. The problem with having a tank set up there already is I only have the uhaul for the weekend and I have to turn my keys in at my old place on the 1st. How would you suggest the new sand bed. I was going to just put one in there and go. Is that bad? Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
  3. I am moving in three weeks from Terre Haute, IN to Greenwood, IN. Upgrade, I know lol. I have two tanks that I am moving in the process. I have a 75 and 29g biocube. I'm not worried about the biocube at all that should be a breeze. The 75 though I moved once across town in Terre Haute and it was a pain and I lost a lot of stuff in the process. My 75 currently isn't in the best shape. It crashed about 4 months ago and I haven't been able to keep any coral alive in it since. I bought two led fixtures and put over it, and a vortex protein skimmer rated for a 250g tank. When I move I plan to replace all plumbing and put a new return pump on it too. My question is will I cause problems if I replace the whole sand bed too. My current sand bed is 3 years old and is 3-4 inches deep. I want to replace it because I think is sucking all of the nutrients out of the tank which would explain my Calcium and alk never being stable. Thoughts? Lastly, any advice on moving a tank 100 miles? I was thinking about tearing it down the night before, but I didn't know about having the fish and coral in buckets that long. Thanks in advance. 4. I current'y have a 75g mixed reef. I was having great success with it until I moved about 4 months ago. Since moving I lost a RBTA to a power head and a couple sps frags... I have another RBTA, but it looks deathly, but its mouth is shut and never gaps. He was running laps around the tank, but about two weeks ago found a spot it likes. I replaced my bulbs last January, so it has been right around 10 months since all of them have been in. I am hoping that replacing the current bulbs will help the RBTA and continue growing all of LPS. How many bulbs would you say I need? I was running 4 ATI bulbs and had great result, but I feel like I need a little more light.

  6. Thanks guys! He eats if I feed him, so I will try and spot him twice and week maybe. When it comes to light he was fine before the move with the 4 54w t5s on top.
  7. Hey, so I moved 3 months ago, and when I had the tank fully set up I noticed that the in anemones, rose bubble tips, were moving around the tank. After about a month and a half of dealing with this I lost my larger of the two rose bubble tips to a powerhead. It's now been 3 months, and the smaller of the two rose bubble tips is fully closed up and moving around the tank, and when he is open his tentacles are less than like 3 centimeters long. What should I do?
  8. Really cant wait until I can go to one of these.
  9. Lol I live in terre haute and have asked at inland aquatics and their sales haven't been that great lately, so they can not afford it.... I have also emailed premium and heard nothing back yet
  10. I have heard from their Terre Haute location that they may not be open much longer up there. They said its not very profitable for them... :/
  11. I am about to graduate from Indiana State University and I am looking for an internship in our hobby. Anyone have any idea of companies, or anything that offers an internship in Indiana that is related to our hobby?
