And as a special for INDMAS members that are attending the meeting Modern will have a before the meeting sale of 20% off all fish and coral. This will be from 2:30 to 3:45 ONLY with the meeting starting at 4 and there are no sales during the meeting.

We are needing Volunteers for the swap as we cannot run this without you the members. The positions below are available please reply in the thread when you can help and what your t-shirt size is. This that volunteer by Feb 1st will get a volunteer t-shirt.
Set up Friday March 7th 4 -9 we need 4 volunteers besides board members
Craig, Ricky and son, Kent, doug and cheryl, Luis Mike Bon Maxwell and Dad
Saturday March 8th
Set up 7am to 11am need 4 volunteers Craig Doug mike Cherul Luis Chanel Maxwell and Dad
Front Door 2 shifts
10-1 need 4 volunteers Kyle and Susie
1-3 need 2 volunteers
Raffle table - Ben plus Need 1 volunteer noon to 2 and one volunteer 2 to 4
Raffle prizes - Mike and Bob need 2 additional volunteers for 2-4

At this time we are opening up the sign up for hobbyist tables. This year Half a table will be $50. We have limited space available so please reserve your table early. Hobbyist will be required to donate 5 frags for the new member give away this year.
At this time members only will be allowed to request a hobbyist table. If space is available after members have signed up we will open up to non-members.

INDMAS is pleased to announce the 2025 Frag Swap!

NORTHSIDE EVENTS CENTER AND SOCIAL CLUB (KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS) - 2100 E 71ST STREET INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46220
Over the past year the club has been hard at work to bring you one of the top swaps in the Midwest. There are multiple threads in this forum that should answer a lot of your questions. If you do not find it please ask. Hobbyist tables will be limited this year. Our Speaker will be Jill Martin of Bella's Seahorse Beauties. Jill will be speaking on the care and breeding of Erectus Seahorses.

Free admission for club members, otherwise a low $10 for admittance, 14 and under free.
Membership is only $21 a year, one of the best investments you can make for your hobby!
Free frag supplied by our hobbyist for new members for the first 50 new members!
Food and beverage will be available on-site via the Northside Events Center and Conference Club.
Oh wait almost forgot to mention fabulous raffle prizes, with the Grand Prize being a GHL Profilux 4 Mega set with GHL KHD and doser 2.1 set.
Other raffle prizes include gift cards from Reef Nutrition, Multiple Sera Products, RODI from BRS, Tideline Aquarium from planet aquarium, Lifegard Reactors, Reef Octupus Classic 150 Skimmer, 2’ helix mesa blue quanta light bar, apex trident NP, Hanna checkers, and many more
Back again this year is the young reefer tank giveaway which is a no cost special drawing for those attendees 13 or under.

This years swap was a great success!. Thank you to all of our volunteers, Vendors Hobbyist and Sponsors without you we would not be able to put on such a great show!
