Apeterson
Hey, I have some anemonies I want to remove from some rock. Does anyone have some tips and tricks? I would prefer to not move the rocks. Thanks!
Gonzo620
I normally wait on the anemone to move. When they’re moving the foot usually swells up and they are very easy to pick off rocks. If it’s not moving you can coax it to move by gently prying on the foot with your finger. It will come up slowly little by little. If only partly detached it will most likely move soon on its own after the partial foot detachment.
tanknovice
A turkey basting pushing flow at the base while gently prying on foot as referenced above is a great assist
