SilentNight1793 159 Report post Posted July 11, 2020 Hello Everyone, I am sure at some point in time, there has been a time you have tried to renew your membership and had gotten an error that says "you are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done this". It can be frustrating trying to figure out ho to fix this. Good news is that this can be resolved easily by you. I have put together a quick guide on how to fix this.
