puffdragon
Thought I would try to upload a full tank shot of my 180 gallon mixed reef that is a 300 gallon system.
Luke33
Looks great, can you tell us more about the system? Lights, skimmer, sump setup, dosing....etc?
puffdragon
The system consists of a 180 display with a 125 gallon sump, 75 gallon frag tank and a 20 gallon macro algae tank. The sump is in three sections for the returns and protein skimmer. The middle half of the tank is a refugium. The third part of the sump has 2 return pumps. One for the frag & algae tank, the other for display. Equipment are an ASM 4+ skimmer, two old reef breeder LED's over the fudge, Hydror ATO and Apex to monitor temperature and pH. The lights over the display are four 16" SB Reef Lights. I run a PM 622 calcium reactor I also add lime to the top off to help keep the pH up. Sorry if that was a little long winded. MrsBugmaster
Looks great. I like the mag rocks on the back wall!
puffdragon
Thanks, the tank has been up just over a year. A lot of the coral are from the tank I had in Santa Claus. The mag rocks adds real estate and break up the big black wall. I need to raise my lights some to better illuminate the coral on them. puffdragon
Thanks, there are three of them in the tank. The one on the right is hard to see, but it has the bright green birdsnest, bird of paradise and appleberry Monti on it
