I missed Mc cro's stuff - was too busy up front. Not like I can keep them wicked colored acros alive anyway lol!

But like Branden said, THANK YOU to all of the staff today for their help, all of the volunteers, and especially the club members for stepping up and donating a coral for the Membership Drive - it was a VERY successful program and totally see it happening again Next year too. Numbers are not final yet, but let's just say we ran out of the 30 New Member Forms and began hand writing them after. Thank you all so much, we have a club that is 2nd to none and you should all be very proud of yourselves for participating in this.

We had 0 frags left to raffle off to our coral donating members...not what I expected but I'm so glad this happened! I will be excited to get the totals posted this week when I get done with all of the paperwork and activations. Again...thank you all for making today a success!

Oh yeah, great time today. It was nonstop at that door today until about 3. The complimentary coral with a new membership turned about 80% of the maybe's, I'll think about it, can I do it on the way out, and I might come back later's into a Yuuup, sign me up. We probably gained more members today than all of 2014...or darn close.

Vendors: Great job with selection, prices, and availability. I hate seeing 1 of something awesome only for the guy in front of me to buy it up. The displays were clean and organized, something that is underrated in the hobby. I can't tell you how many tanks I've walked away from where my face hurt from trying to decipher the maze of pricing with squiggly lines drawn on the front of the tank to separate "zones"

We had a blast! Thanks to the INDMAS staff and everyone who made it out today! We'll be back next year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Glad you were there as one of our new vendors. You had some great corals! I won one of your $25 gift cert. from the raffle but was too busy to redeem it. :(

Guess I will have to buy online and pay the shipping. Maybe a group buy to help with the shipping cost?

My daughter and I had a great time. She loved spending all my money.

I do have two suggestions for next year. One give everyone name tags. That will make it easier to find people you don't know who preordered stuff on fragswapper. Second, have some tables available for hobbiests who are bringing bagged corals to sell or trade. Most of the other swaps I have been to have 2 or 3 six foot tables without power for people to set up on. In my opinion that helps the hobbiests and truly makes it a swap not just a vendor expo.

I want to stress that we had a great time and it was a great setup, just trying to give suggestions to I prove it for next year

Thanks to everyone who attended, helped out, and committed enormous amounts of time into making this one of our best frag swaps to date. Fantastic day, with tons of great corals, products, raffles, and of course hobbyists - especially all of our NEW members!

Frogfish, thank you for the input and this is something we will definitely take into consideration for next year! We are always looking to make the swap better in any way possible.

That's why we put maps in all the grab bags. They have all vendor and hobbyist names and table location on them.

Oh poo I did t get one. I agree with more tables or even some chairs us old people were taking turns with a single chair or more like move your feet loose your seat.almost like we needed a bigger area we were packed but I'm not complaining it was awesome and now 364 days to go lol.

But for those who only bring a handful,of bagswith coral and don't get a table, or who decide to attend after all the hobby tables are sold it is hard to hook up. I never did find one of the people who preordered on fragswapper
