So, I got the light, its a Kessil A360E Wide angle. I am currently working on the aquascape so here is a picture of that and let me know what you think of it. Oh and I am hopefully going to start filling the tank Sunday or Monday.

Man that sucks! Hopefully you can either get that stand fixed or back for new one.

Which Heater Should I Use?
EricReefer05 replied to EricReefer05's topic in General Reef-keeping Chatter
Ok, Thanks for the fast responses. -
So my tank is almost ready for water and one of the final things I need is a heater. I have looked at a lot of different options, but still can't decide. So i thought I'd ask you guys; what heater do you think I should use on my 60 gallon cube?

Just got in my plumbing in the mail and I will probably plumb the tank this weekend. Also does anyone know of a good pvc cement/primer that drys clear? I don't want purple marks all over my red pipping and grey fittings.

Thanks @ReefNewby82 and @MrsBugmaster! This weekend I sanded the stand till is was smooth as butter with 400 grit sand paper. Today we did the first two coats of stain, but we still have a lot more coats to go to get it to the deep reddish brown my family wants it to be. Here are some pictures, Oh and I forgot, we also made the doors and got two coats of stain on them.

Today I painted the inside of the stand white and patched all the holes from all the nails with wood putty. Here is a picture, Oh, my dad and I also did the corner molding.
-
Got started on the stand's exterior this weekend. Also I siliconed the inside so if I spill any water it will be contained in the stand. Next weekend I will paint the inside, do molding with my dad, and hopefully stain it.

Help 3FordFamily find a 10 foot aquarium!

I also agree with Bugmaster on this one, when your dealing with so much water I would defiantly not take the risk of buying a used tank. -
What lights are you guys running?
