tprize
I have a 28 gallon Nano tank, and I have been battling algae for a while. I feed once per day, and feed very little until I see all the food gone, that being said I notice that my live rock, and sand seem to have a sludge look to them. During my research I've found that Detritus in a nano can be a killer for the tank. What are some recommendations for removal. So far I've read about the following techniques. 1. Manual siphoning 2. Ultra Marine Bak to Therapie 3. Don't remove it, don't use filter socks, and don't use filter floss just let natural things like copepods eat it.
