Please check the schedule above for your shift time and placement. Come to the INDMAS Raffle Ticket Sales table(in the corner by the stage) before your shift starts to pick up your volunteer shirt to wear. Setup time is 7am this Saturday. There will be coffee, doughnuts, muffins, McDonald's sausage breakfast burritos and fruit available during set up time. For those volunteers working during the swap there will be a pasta and salad meal provided starting at 11 am. Must have a meal ticket, which can be picked up at the Raffle Ticket Sales table when you get your shirt. Make sure you eat by 12/12:30 as KofC will not leave the food set out after that time. For those I contacted regarding taking credit cards please see me to get your square reader and instructions on how to use it. Please let me know if you have any question.
