Of the 16 regular season games... only 6 teams that we played(Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, New England, Seattle, San Diego, Cincinnati) finished the season over .500. ..... and since we played Jacksonville (12-4) twice, that means we played decent teams only 7 out of 16 games. Jacksonville (week 2) was the only team with a winning record that we played in the first 8 weeks of the season... the combined win total of the other 6 teams (week 8 bye) was 22. the last half of the season was where we played some better competition and lost 1.5 games (seattle kinda counts but we didn't use starters for long). so when you think about it this way... maybe this wasn't our year. BUT, it sure was fun to watch it all unfold. Would have I liked the Colts to go all the way HELL YEAH, was it Possible - again HELL YEAH. was it "our" year.. guess not. lol.
