Been Mired
Hi guys and gals. Having completed a move last weekend to a new rental, I want to make sure I plumb my RODI correctly...I have a utility sink near the tank, and was thinking of teeing off the cold water line there. Previously my system was screwed into a fitting on a faucet, but this one isn't threaded or removable. However, I could only find a brass tee in the size I needed. That is going to be a problem, right?
Luke33
I wouldn't use that. You can find a hookup that goes under your sink and t's off to the rodi line at menards that is a john guest fitting. For around ten bucks, that's what I have used since my move. Takes all of 2min to hook up.
Luke33
Google John Guest Angle Stop Valve, then run over to menards and grab one.
